Each food should be ranked across categories.
Example scale:
TEXTURE SAFETY
1 = absolutely forbidden by the nervous system
5 = generally safe
10 = psychologically stabilizing
PREDICTABILITY
1 = wildly inconsistent
10 = identical every single time
EXECUTIVE DYSFUNCTION FRIENDLINESS
1 = requires ten impossible steps and emotional resurrection
10 = can be acquired and consumed during cognitive collapse
EMOTIONAL RESTORATION
1 = emotionally neutral
10 = feels like being tucked gently into existence
SENSORY STABILITY
1 = sensory gamble
10 = consistent, familiar, low threat
