What you get

400 cards, delivered the moment you check out. Print them, keep them on your phone, or read them straight off the screen on a day when printing anything is out of the question.

In the download:

• A print-ready PDF, 12 cards to a page at 2 x 3 inches, about 34 pages if you run the whole thing

• A single-card-per-page version for large-format printing or reading on a screen

• Your unlock code for the Dopamine Farming app, so all 400 live in your pocket too

You do not have to print all 400. Most people run one page, cut it up, and carry the handful that applies to the week they are actually having.

Yours permanently. No subscription, no account to keep alive, no login that expires the week you finally need it. Download it again any time.

How you get it

Your files arrive by email within a few minutes of checkout, along with the link that adds this deck to the Dopamine Farming app.

If nothing shows up, check spam and promotions first, because digital delivery emails love to hide there. Still nothing after ten minutes, email us and we will send the files to you directly. You will not have to fight anybody to get the thing you paid for.

Is this deck for you?

[One or two lines about this specific deck: which wing it belongs to, which flavour of stuck it meets, and what somebody is usually in the middle of when they reach for it.]

Built by a neurodivergent educator for neurodivergent brains. No shame, no productivity gospel, no assumption that you would be fine if you just tried harder. The problem was never that you are lazy. The problem is that most systems were designed for a brain that is not yours.

The Weather Inside Card Deck

If the feelings wheel has failed you, I’m about to make your day.

The Weather Inside is a 400-card emotional awareness deck created for ADHD and autistic minds. Each card helps you name what you feel, understand where it comes from, and find the care you need to move forward.

This deck was created by an AuDHD poet and educator who wanted emotional tools that make sense for Struggling Neurodivergent People. The Weather Inside helps you describe what is happening inside through movement, texture, experience, metaphor, and sensation. It is both practical and poetic, and that's the fun part! It's a bridge between emotion and language. The First of its kind.

In the document you will find four types of cards:

  • Sensations describe what is happening in your body.

  • Metaphors paint the inner picture of emotion.

  • Causes point toward what might have set the feeling in motion.

  • Supports suggest small, grounding ways to care for yourself.

Parents use it to connect with their children. Adults use it to reconnect with themselves. Therapists and teachers use it to help neurodivergent learners build self-understanding in a way that feels natural.

The Weather Inside creates a space where emotion feels safe to explore. It turns the act of naming feelings into something creative. AND it gives you REAL SOLUTIONS!

THIS IS A DIGITAL PRINTABLE PRODUCT FOR ACCESSIBILITY PURPOSES!
